School Messenger Alerts
Dear Hopewell-Loudon Community,
The district uses Powerschool's SchoolMessenger to deliver important information to you via text messages, calls, and e-mail. To recieve messages, parents/guardians need to ensure that Final Forms information is correct so the district has your wireless number(s) & email in our student information database.
Our district uses text messaging to share quick, timely updates with families. These messages are only sent when the information is important and relevant.
To start receiving text messages, you’ll need to complete a short opt‑in step. It only takes a few seconds:
1. Text YES to 67587
2. You will receive a confirmation message that says:
"You are registered to receive approx 3 msgs/mo. Txt STOP to quit, HELP for help."
After opting in, please make sure your contact information in Final Forms is up to date. The system uses the phone numbers listed there to send messages. If your wireless number is not entered correctly, you will not receive district texts.
If you need help updating your information, please contact your building’s secretary and they will be happy to assist.
H-L School Alerts will only be sent to Parents and Guardians that were submitted in Final Forms.
