ELEMentary Veterans Day

Activities

We are collecting pictures of Elementary students relatives that have served in the Military.

1. If you have in previous years submitted pictures of relatives for previous Veterans day programs you do not need to submit them again.

2. Only new K-6 students or new service members need to be submitted.

3. This form will only be active from September 1st through November 1st. Answer all questions and upload picture.

4. If you do not have a google account you may email picture to broadcast@hlschool.net with name of K-6 student & relationship.
